Active Projects

Cork stickies

• Hit + Sticky on the cork toolbar to peel on a new note.
• Pick a color swatch (and font/size) before or after you add one.
• Drag a sticky anywhere on the cork. Grab the bottom-right corner to resize.
• Drag into the trash (or press Delete) to crumple it — you get a short Undo.

Folders

• Click + Folder to drop a folder on the cork.
• Drop stickies onto a folder to file them inside.
• Click a folder to open it. Use Spread onto cork to fan notes back out.
• Double-click a folder to rename it. Drag a sticky out of the popover to unfile.

Projects

• Projects move through phases: Ideas → To Do → Doing → Review → Done.
• Drag tiles between columns (or reorder inside a column).
• Mark something for Today — it shows up in the Today list up top.
• Double-click a tile (or Today row) to open details on the right.

Pin a sticky onto a project

• Drag a cork sticky onto a project tile — it pins as a little chip on that card.
• You can also drop a sticky onto a Today row to pin it there.
• Pinned chips stay with the project; free stickies stay on the cork.

Export a backup

• Click Export anytime — downloads a JSON backup of projects, stickies, folders, and prefs.
• Use Import later to restore from that file (it will replace the current board after you confirm).
• Your board also autosaves in this browser (local storage). Export is the safe off-machine copy.

That’s it — close this anytime with Esc, the ×, or by clicking outside.
